Cannoli Bar Concept Supervisor
ECI Management Group is a Food Service Management Company contracting with various clients in the educational and government sectors. In the next month, we are rolling out a Cannoli Bar Concept at the 5 Tarrant County College Locations. We are hiring for a leadership position that will work with the Area Director and Company President to roll out the concept as described below.
Pay: $18 to $20 per Hour - Flexible based on Experience and Quality of Candidate
Hours: Mon - Friday - 7:30am to 4:00 pm (Has some Flexibility here as well)
Work Location: Tarrant County - Ft. Worth - Work from Home is NOT available.
Job Description:
30% Production - This part of the position is production of the shells and cream. While previous experience is not needed, you need to have a high comfort level of working in the kitchen. You will be trained with the expectation that you have never done this type of work. Since this kitchen production is very specialized (Shells and Cream only), no experience for this part is necessary.
30% Employee Training/Customer Relations - You will be trained on the processes of running the Cannoli Bar, and with the Area Supervisor. You and Area Supervisor will define the Standard Operating Procedures and train/oversee employees follow those procedures. While specific experience is not required for this part of the position, previous work in customer service, employee training, or at minimum demonstrate strong leadership skills and people skills.
40% Marketing - Some Social Media Management Experience needed. The ability to manage the Caffe Noliz social media accounts is needed. In addition, from a marketing perspective, the knowledge of social media influencer and other marketing ideas is helpful.

Comfortable Working in Commercial Kitchen.- No experience necessary.
