ECI Mangement Group hiring a Dining Facility Supervisor for DFAC unit on Hunter Army Airfield Base in Savannah Georgia.

Experience Needed:

*  3 years Food Service Management Experience

Duties of Position
*  Oversee Dining Facility Attendants are following cleaning and sanitation duties as set out by the Army.
*  Oversee the proper use of Recipe Cards
*  Oversee the proper use of Production Records
*  Ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards. 
Job duties may include hands on for any position if shorthanded or upon need which may include cooking, cleaning, etc....

Qualifications:
•    Customer Service Skills 
*   Strong Personnel Management Background demonstrated by past experience

Must be a US Citizen / Authorized to work / and able to pass background check. Have a Real ID Driver's License.
Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Weekend hours may be required.   ServSafe Managers Certification is required.

Based on experience, position starts at $23 to $28 per hour, or equivalent annual salary.
