Lead cook prepares food that is made from Scratch, able to follow recipes, making recommendations to Chef. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how operate Kitchen equipment.
You will be responsible to coordinate production of hot entrees, and 2 sides, ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards.
Workdays are Monday thru Friday 630am- 230pm shifts. Weekends and Holidays are also available.
Minimum 3 years' experience as Lead Cook,

Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours.
This position Pays $ 24.73 an hour. Base pay of $19.80 + $4.93 for Health & Wellness in lieu of Benefits. We will sponsor you to achieve the requirements and obtain a Managers SERV Save Certification that is yours to own.

- Keep the kitchen and service area clean.
- Report any maintenance needs.
- Comply with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate customer feedback and recommend new menu items to Manager.
- Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent eating experience for our guests.
