ECI Management Group is hiring a full-time Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead dining and catering operations at the University of North Texas in Dallas. We’re looking for a hands-on leader with a passion for scratch cooking, quality, and team development.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety

  • Supervise and train kitchen staff

  • Manage food production, inventory, and ordering

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

  • Assist with menu development and catering execution

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a chef, kitchen manager, or lead cook

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • ServSafe certified (preferred)

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Typical Hours: AM, PM shifts, Monday–Friday. Weekends vary depending on catering volume. Average 40-55 hours per week.
