Senior Manager/Supervisor
Company looking for a well rounded Food Service Operator with well rounded business skills and culinary knowledge including:
  • Menu Planning
  • Promoting Healthy Eating
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Cost Control Knowledge
  • Inventory Management
  • A variety of HR duties in connection with the on-site staff.
  • Scheduling administration
The Food Service Director will work in concert on-site with the Project Manager as well as directly communicate with ECI's main office.

Requirements:
  • A culinary background - 5 years experience or culinary school combination.
  • Administrative or Office Management Experience
  • Superb communication skills
  • 3 years Management in the Hospitality

Note:  This position is located on a Federally Funded property, so you will need to have a clear criminal background check to enter the grounds.
