- Strong Organizational Skills
- Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
- Cost Control Knowledge
- Inventory Management
- A variety of HR duties in connection with the on-site staff.
- Scheduling administration
Requirements:
- FSD or High Level Management Background in Hospitality Industry
- Culinary knowledge based on experience and/or education
- Administrative or Office Management Experience
- Superb communication skills
Typical Hours
Monday through Friday
5am to 3pm
On occasion a later shift or a weekend shift to fill a need or audit night/weekend operations.
Pay Budgeted: $70,500 annual salary
Note: This position is located on a Federally Funded property, so you will need to have a clear criminal background check to enter the grounds.
