ECI Management Group at Fort Drum is looking to hire Cooks for our dining facility at Fort Drum Base.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for properly preparing, cooking, quantity, quality, and timeliness of food production, as well as the storing of food items which are made in advance to establish consistent yields and food quality. Team member prepares food under sanitary conditions in accordance with recipes, standards, and procedures as outlined in the department training guide. Team members are also required to perform other tasks as directed by a supervisor.
Cook 1 $ 22.78 Base pay of $17.85 + $4.93 for Health & Wellness in lieu of Benefits
Cook 2 $ 24.73 Base pay of $19.80 + $4.93 for Health & Wellness in lieu of Benefits
Job Types: 32 - 40 hours weekly, Shifts are scheduled Monday - Friday and or Weekends

SERV Safe Managers Certification is required for the Cooks 2 position!
Start date is Monday August 25th.
