Production Cook
ECI Management Group at Fort Drum is looking to hire Cooks and Food Service Workers for a dining facility on the Fort Drum Base.
To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge and experience in operations of Kitchen equipment. Under the supervision of unit manager/chef, coordinates production of hot foods, and cold food items ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards.
Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Weekend hours may be required.
Below are the shifts needed:
Cook 1:
$22.00 per hour (includes Cash Benefits)
5:30 am to 1:30 pm (1) – Monday through Friday
12:30 am to 8:30 pm (1) – Monday to Friday
11:30 am to 19:30 pm (1) – Sat & Sunday
Cook 2 (Supervisor):
$23.50 per hour (includes Cash Benefits)
5:30 am to 1:30 pm (2) – Monday through Friday
12:30 pm to 8:30 am (2) – Mon through Friday
11:30 am to 7:30 pm (1) Sat &Sun
Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent eating experience for the soldiers.
Qualifications:
• Customer Service Skills
• Lead cook is to prepare food and cook from Scratch, following recipes, and supervising kitchen staff for Cook 2 level.
• Able to follow recipes for our menu, making recommendations to Manager.
Job Duties can include:
• Cleaning
• Sanitation
Must be a US Citizen / Authorized to work / and able to pass background check. Have a Real ID Driver's License.
ServSafe Managers Certification is required for the Cooks 2 position!
