ECI Management Group is hiring Grill Cooks and to support café and catering services at TCC’s Trinity River Campus. We focus on scratch cooking and are looking for individuals who bring energy, teamwork, and a commitment to quality.

Ideal Candidates Will:

• Work quickly and efficiently under pressure

• Be willing to learn and grow in a team environment

• Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards

• Be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to order

• Follow prep quantity and safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen

• Support both café and catering operations

Schedule:
Monday through Friday some Saturday, primarily AM shifts. Evening shifts required for catering events.
