ECI Management Group is hiring a Kitchen Manager to lead food service production at their UNT Dallas  location. ECI uses scratch cooking to prepare meals for a multi-station cafe and catered events.

Duties as a Kitchen Manager include:

  • Food Production
  • Supply/Food Ordering
  • Bi-Monthly Inventory
  • Cost Controls
  • Managing Kitchen Staff 

Typical hours: AM and operations are Monday-Friday, Weekends vary depending on catering volume. Average 40-50 hours / week.

Pay: 45K - 50K yearly

The ideal candidate will come from a food service background. Candidate will have experience meeting deadlines/timing of food production.
