ECI Management Group is currently hiring a Dining Facility “DFAC” Manager for our location at Fort Drum Army Base.
Experience Needed:
* 5 years Food Service Management Experience
* 3 years management of Cafeteria or multi-Entree operations serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
* Ability to use automated information systems
Duties of Position
* Oversee Cooks are following cleaning and sanitation duties as set out by the Army.
* Oversee the proper use of Recipe Cards
* Oversee the proper use of Production Records
* Ensuring production, performance, procedures and finished products meet quality and sanitation standards.
Job duties may include hands on for any position if shorthanded or upon need which may include cooking, cleaning, etc....
Qualifications:
• Customer Service Skills
* Strong Personnel Management Background demonstrated by experience
* Must be able to pass additional military background to secure a CAC “Common Access Card” to access food service documents.
Must be a US Citizen / Authorized to work / and able to pass background check. Have a Real ID Driver's License.
Our operating hours will be 7 days a week, 5:00 am to 8:00 pm with shift ranging from various times between these hours. Weekend hours may be required. SERV Safe Managers Certification is required.
Based on experience, position starts at $65 K annually, or equivalent annual salary.
